About us
Small enough to build every project ourselves.
Kaldex is an independent digital agency in Mülheim an der Ruhr. Web design, SEO and automation are made in the same room here, not by three suppliers who never spoke to each other.
We think design, technology and visibility together.
Most agencies separate those three things, and most websites look exactly like it: designed by one party, built by another, and nowhere to be found on Google because that was nobody’s job.
A site nobody finds is not a design problem. It is a planning problem, and one that starts on the first day, not the last.
With us a site is planned from the start so that the processes behind it work: enquiries, appointments, invoices. That is not an add-on package, it is the order in which we work.
We would rather take on fewer projects and finish them than half-manage many at once.
Honesty
We say in advance what is possible and what is not, and which route is cheaper for you. Even when that means the smaller job for us.
Handwork
No page builder, no bought theme. A site built by hand can also be changed by hand later.
Afterwards
You get all access and can carry on yourself. What should keep running keeps running, monthly and cancellable.
Founder and lead
Hashem Shishehgar
Fifteen years in IT. He leads every project from the first conversation to after launch and stays your contact, even when more than one person is at work behind the scenes.
We work in German, English and Persian. For businesses in Mülheim and the Ruhr area that means short distances; for everyone else it means it makes no difference.
